GTM implements CRM Salesforce reinforcing customer engagement

GTM Holdings, Latin America's largest independent distributor of chemicals, implements the CRM Salesforce tool to enhance service and strengthen relationships with its more than 5,000 customers in the Brazilian market.

 The implementation of the solution in Brazil is in line with the company's global strategy and will contribute to interaction with its customers throughout the service experience. The tool will allow them to anticipate customer needs and wishes, optimize day-to-day management and increase the productivity of its sales team, bringing more agility to the processes.
