GTM launches training program for commercial teams

In partnership with the consultant María Elvira, GTM launches the AVANCE program that seeks to train commercial teams by developing and recycling knowledge, skills and attitudes in the sales process.

The program consists of a Sales Academy where our employees will be trained in sales practices and internal processes, aiming to increase productivity and performance according to the commercial strategy established for each market.

In-person training, group dynamics, e-learning courses and virtual games will be carried out, which addresses the modules of Business Strategy, Sales Planning and Techniques, Customer Relationship, Strategic Negotiation and Focus on Solutions according to the needs and reality of each country.
